Work performed

• Professional refinishing of the steel case, preserving original geometry and proportions typical for early Pre-Vendôme Panerai models.
• Installation of a fully custom-made case back inspired by Sylvester Stallone’s creative workspace during his work as a film director. The design references the environment in which key cinematic projects were conceived, serving as a conceptual tribute to Stallone’s role in shaping the Slytech legacy. This case back is an independent, non-factory custom creation.
• Installation and regulation of a correct Swiss hand-wound movement (ETA 6497-1 / OP XXIX base), fully appropriate for early Panerai Slytech references.
• Dial with original aged tritium luminous material (non-luminous today); hands may have been refreshed or replaced during the watch’s service life and therefore can show active lume — a typical and accepted trait for 1990s Panerai.
• Fitting of a custom strap and buckle produced in our company.
• Full timing regulation and accuracy testing on a professional timegrapher.
• Final presentation in our custom travel box.

Result

As a result, the watch has been carefully restored and sympathetically customized, preserving the unmistakable character of the legendary Panerai Slytech while ensuring reliable everyday performance. The case has been refreshed with respect for its original form, the dial retains its authentic aged tritium character, and the movement has been professionally regulated for stable Swiss precision.
