As a result, we achieved an outstanding final result, even though the watch is not equipped with the new and costly MC1847 manufacture movement. Instead, the restored timepiece is powered by the reliable 049 calibre, delivering excellent performance and stability. This solution allowed us to maintain high technical standards while keeping long-term servicing more accessible. The 049 calibre is based on the proven ETA 2892-A2 architecture, which is widely respected in Swiss watchmaking.
